1. Make the filling: Add ground pork, finely chopped green onions, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, and grated garlic to a bowl. Mix until fully combined. 2. Build the spiral: Lay out 4 wonton wrappers slightly overlapping in a line. Spoon filling down the center, brush the edges with water, roll tightly, and coil into a spiral to form the first layer. For the second batch, lay out 6 wonton wrappers. Add filling, then attach the rolled strip directly to the end of the first spiral. Continue rolling to expand the spiral, sealing with water as needed. 3. Cook: Preheat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Cook the spiral flat side down until the bottom is lightly crispy. Add water, cover, and steam until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 155°F, about 5 to 8 minutes depending on heat. 4. Toppings (optional): Serve with spicy chili crisp oil, sesame seeds, and green onions.
