1. Open the yogurt cups, leaving the yogurt inside the original container. 2. Dice fruit into very small pieces. 3. Sprinkle fruit directly on top of the yogurt and gently press it in slightly. 4. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each cup. 5. Freeze for 3-4 hours until completely solid. 6. To eat, peel or cut away the yogurt container, flip it upside down, and enjoy.
