🍣 lazy 5-minute Sushi Makes 12 Ingredients 1 cup cooked sushi rice 1 avocado, diced 4–6 oz salmon (cured or smoked) 2 tbsp green onions 1 tsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp sriracha mayo 2 tbsp unagi sauce Quick Sushi Rice * 1 cup rice + 1¼ cups water → cook * Mix in: 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt * Let cool Salmon Options Option 1 (Best): Quick Cured * Coat with 1 tbsp salt + 1 tbsp sugar * Wrap + refrigerate 12–24 hrs * Rinse, dry, slice OR Option 2 (Easy): Smoked Salmon * Use store-bought * Slice or tear How to Make 2.
