Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil until smooth. Stir in the grapes and coat well. Line a tray with parchment paper. Place wooden popsicle sticks spaced apart. Spoon the grape-chocolate mixture over each stick to create clusters. Freeze for a few minutes, or until firm. Serve immediately and enjoy that sweet, creamy crunch!
