1. Heat a good drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the halved Roma tomatoes, onion, garlic, and marinara sauce. 3. Cover and cook for a few minutes until the tomato skins start peeling right off. 4. Pull off the skins and mash everything right in the pan until it turns into a chunky sauce. 5. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, and smoked paprika. Stir it in. 6. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth and creamy. 7. Add the mozzarella and stir until melted and combined. 8. Toss in your cooked pasta and mix until everything is coated. Finish Top with more mozzarella for that melt Add Parmesan for that salty kick Fresh parsley if you want to clean it up a bit
