5-Minute Italian Sushi Prosciutto Caprese Roll-Ups Ingredients 1. 1 pack prosciutto 2. 2 tbsp pesto 3. 2 Campari tomatoes, thinly sliced 4. 1 pack fresh mozzarella, sliced 5. 1 handful arugula 6. Grated Parmesan, for garnish 7. Balsamic glaze, for garnish Instructions 1. Lay the prosciutto slices slightly overlapping on a cutting board or parchment paper. 2. Spread the pesto down the middle. 3. Add the sliced Campari tomatoes, mozzarella, and arugula on top. 4. Roll it up tight like sushi. 5. Slice into bite-sized pieces. 6. Finish with grated Parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
