1. Boil noodles until al dente. Reserve some noodle water, drain, then rinse noodles briefly under cold water (5–10 sec). 2. In a heatproof bowl, add chili flakes, garlic, green onions, sesame seeds, sugar, peanut butter, and gochujang. 3. Heat avocado oil in a small pot until hot (~350°F). Carefully pour over the bowl ingredients to sizzle. Add soy sauce and mix. 4. Stir in reserved noodle water a little at a time until sauce is creamy and slightly loose. Season with salt. 5. Add noodles, toss well, garnish, and eat immediately.
