Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth. Stir in the blueberries and coat well. Line a tray with parchment paper. Place wooden popsicle sticks spaced apart. Spoon the mixture over each stick to create clusters. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Freeze for 5–10 minutes, or until firm. Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet-salty crunch!
