tbsp mayonnaise

cup sushi rice

Instructions
1. Lay out the nori sheet on a flat surface. 2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the nori sheet. 3. Add a layer of cooked sushi rice over the cream cheese, pressing it down firmly. 4. Place slices of salmon, avocado, and cucumber in a line across the rice. 5. Roll the nori sheet tightly around the ingredients to form a sushi roll. 6. Slice the roll into pieces and arrange them on a serving plate. 7. Drizzle with sriracha mayonnaise and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for garnish. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy your sushi.
