What you need

tsp salt

fl oz soy sauce

oz sesame seed

bunch green onion

can canned albacore tuna

fl oz mayo

cucumber

fl oz mayonnaise
Instructions
Prep the Cucumber: 1. Wash cucumbers well. 2. Cut each cucumber in half lengthwise. 3. Cut each half lengthwise again (into quarters). 4. Optional: lightly scoop out seeds for extra room. 5. Set aside. Tuna Mix: 1. Add drained tuna to a bowl. 2. Mix in soy sauce and Kewpie mayo. 3. Season lightly with salt & pepper. 4. Stir until just combined — don’t overmix. Assemble: • Spoon tuna mixture into cucumber boats. Toppings: • Drizzle Sriracha mayo. • Sprinkle with sesame seeds. • Garnish with green onions (optional).View original recipe
