Instructions
1. Wash the cucumber. Measure the cucumber against the crab strip and cut the cucumber into sections that match the length of the crab. 2. Hollow the center. Using an apple corer or a knife, carefully remove the center of the cucumber to create a tunnel while keeping the outer cucumber intact. 3. Fill the cucumber. Insert the crab meat and slices of avocado into the hollow center. 4. Slice. Cut the filled cucumber into sushi-style rounds. 5. Top. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds over the top. 6. Serve. Serve immediately with soy sauce. Add wasabi and pickled ginger if desired.
