What you need

tbsp olive oil

fl oz heavy cream

bunch fresh spinach

fl oz beef broth

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp tomato paste

oz pasta
pinch salt

clove garlic clove

pinch black pepper

tbsp cajun seasoning

tsp table sugar
bunch mushrooms
Instructions
1. Layer the ingredients: In a large deep pan or pot, place dry pasta in the center. Arrange tomatoes, red onion, bacon, mushrooms, spinach, and garlic evenly around the pasta. Spoon tomato paste on top, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning, sugar, salt, and pepper. 2. Drizzle with olive oil: Pour the olive oil evenly over the top of all the ingredients to help coat and flavor everything as it cooks. 3. Add liquids: Pour in heavy cream and beef broth evenly over everything. 4. Simmer & cook: Set the pan over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer. Once bubbling, reduce the heat slightly, cover, and cook until the pasta is al dente (follow package instructions, typically 10–12 minutes), stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Add a splash of broth or water if the sauce thickens too quickly. 5. Finish with cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, remove from heat. Stir in ½ cup or more Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust with salt, pepper, or more Cajun spice to taste. 6. Serve hot: Garnish with extra Parmesan or a touch of Cajun seasoning. Serve right from the pan creamy, smoky, and full of depth.View original recipe
