Zero Guilt Banana PB Cups

Forget Reese’s! This is the new obsession in my house. These easy-to-make banana peanut butter cups are sealed with chocolate and finished with flaky sea salt.

What you need

cup dark chocolate chips

cup peanut butter

tsp coarse sea salt

Instructions
1. Spoon 2–3 tbsp peanut butter into each liner (this is the base). 2. Press 1 thick banana slice (½–¾ inch) into the peanut butter. 3. Melt chocolate + coconut oil until smooth. 4. Spoon a thin layer of chocolate over the top — just enough to seal. 5. Freeze 10-20 minutes until firm. 6. Finish with flaky sea salt. (Optional) Store in freezer.View original recipe
