What you need

tsp black pepper

tbsp hot sauce

tbsp unsalted butter

cup grape jelly

tbsp baking powder

tbsp bbq sauce

tsp table salt

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
1. Pat the wings super dry. 2. Season with salt and black pepper. 3. Add avocado oil and about 2 tbsp baking powder, then toss. 4. Add a little more baking powder for extra crisp. 5. Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack on top. 6. Lay the wings out so they are not touching. Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip, and bake another 20 minutes. Make the glaze: 1. Melt butter, then add grape jelly, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce. 2. Simmer until glossy. 3. Toss the crispy wings in the glaze and serve.View original recipe
