These Crispy Surimi Rolls are unreal! Made in no time and super delish! Pair with your favorite sauce I like to use teriyaki and soy sauce.

fl oz cooking oil
Instructions
1. Trim rice paper: Cut both rounded sides off the rice paper to create an almost rectangular shape. 2. Soften: Lightly moisten the rice paper until just pliable. 3. Wrap: Roll one surimi stick tightly in the rice paper. Cut the roll in half. 4. Season: Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle sesame seeds only. 5. Air fry: Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and golden.View original recipe
