What you need

lb ground pork

garlic

fresh ginger

fl oz dark soy sauce

bunch green onion

oz sesame seed

wonton wrappers

fl oz chili oil
Instructions
1. Make the filling: Add ground pork, finely chopped green onions, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, and grated garlic to a bowl. Mix until fully combined. 2. Build the spiral: Lay out 4 wonton wrappers slightly overlapping in a line. Spoon filling down the center, brush the edges with water, roll tightly, and coil into a spiral to form the first layer. For the second batch, lay out 6 wonton wrappers. Add filling, then attach the rolled strip directly to the end of the first spiral. Continue rolling to expand the spiral, sealing with water as needed. 3. Cook: Preheat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Cook the spiral flat side down until the bottom is lightly crispy. Add water, cover, and steam until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 155°F, about 5 to 8 minutes depending on heat. 4. Toppings (optional): Serve with spicy chili crisp oil, sesame seeds, and green onions.View original recipe
