We tested multiple recipes and this recipe is so far our favorite. We added some Roasted Garlic Kraut to make it extra tasty. So gooooood! Perfect for parties and gatherings.

What you need

tbsp dijon mustard

lb macaroni

oz shredded mozzarella

dash hot sauce

tbsp butter

cup water

cup milk
Instructions
Add dried pasta, water, butter, mustard, and hot sauce to your Instant Pot. Lock Instant Pot lid in place and close vent. Set Instant Pot to High Pressure for 4 minutes. Your Instant Pot will take about 10-15 minutes to come to pressure, then it will count down from 4 minutes. Once Instant Pot finishes a 4 minute countdown, immediately turn the pressure release valve to venting “Quick Release” and turn Instant Pot completely off. Once Instant Pot has released all the pressure, turn lid to open, keeping lid angled away from you to prevent steam burns. Stir in milk, followed by shredded cheese and The Roasted Garlic.
