Instructions
1. Bake bacon on a sheet pan at 400°F for 20 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain grease. 2. Spread hash browns on the pan, season, and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. 3. Crumble bacon, dice Canadian bacon, mix with maple syrup and seasonings. 4. Layer bacon mixture over hash browns. Blend egg mixture, pour over top, and bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until set.
