cup cooked sushi rice

tsp sesame seed

fl oz soy sauce

Instructions
1. Prep the cucumber: Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon to create two shallow boats. Pat dry. 2. Fill with rice: Spoon sushi rice into each half, pressing lightly to help it stick and form an even base. 3. Add shrimp: Arrange 5–6 shrimp on each cucumber half. 4. Drizzle & garnish: Spoon teriyaki sauce over the shrimp, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and green onions. 5. Serve: Slice into bite-sized pieces or enjoy whole as sushi boats. Serve with soy sauce or spicy mayo on the side.View original recipe
