What you need

bunch rosemary

tsp salt

bunch cilantro

oz shredded cheese

fl oz olive oil

oz bacon

tsp red pepper flake

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a large pot, combine potatoes, rosemary, lemon slices, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cover with water and boil until the potatoes are fork-tender. 3. While the potatoes cook, cut the bacon into small pieces and partially cook in a skillet or microwave for about 2 minutes. 4. Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Gently smash each potato using the bottom of a glass. 5. Top with the pre-cooked bacon and any additional seasonings or a drizzle of olive oil if desired. 6.
