Peanut Gochujang Chili Noodles

What you need

pinch salt

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp sesame seed

clove garlic clove

tbsp green onion

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp red chili flakes

oz whole wheat noodles

tbsp gochujang

tsp table sugar
cup pasta water
Instructions
1. Boil noodles until al dente. Reserve some noodle water, drain, then rinse noodles briefly under cold water (5–10 sec). 2. In a heatproof bowl, add chili flakes, garlic, green onions, sesame seeds, sugar, peanut butter, and gochujang. 3. Heat avocado oil in a small pot until hot (~350°F). Carefully pour over the bowl ingredients to sizzle. Add soy sauce and mix. 4. Stir in reserved noodle water a little at a time until sauce is creamy and slightly loose. Season with salt. 5. Add noodles, toss well, garnish, and eat immediately.View original recipe
