Rustic Mini Blood Orange Galettes

These Rustic Mini Galettes are a great crowd-pleaser thanks to @bonodisiciliausa's Organic Sicilian Blood Orange Marmalade. It's as easy to eat them as it is to make them! Try it for yourself!

What you need
cup coarse sugar

puff pastry
egg

tbsp orange marmalade
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F. On a floured surface, roll the puff pastry out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal size pieces. Place the pastry on a parchment lined baking sheet and place the Sicilian Blood Orange marmalade over the pastry, leaving a 1 inch border. Fold the edges up and over the Blood Orange Marmalade. Now, brush the edges of the pastry with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle some fresh rosemary on top of the pastry. Transfer over to the oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
